My name is Shannon and in a nutshell, I’m a huge fan of “The Biggest Loser.” I am also a 30-year-old chick who is working to lose weight herself and in the process change her life. My own weight-loss journey is chronicled on my myspace page, not in great detail, but I do post about it there.
